  • Tech Support Emergency Services
    This service provides an objective expert in times of crisis who will get your network up and running in a minimal time frame. Emergency service has a 2 hour onsite response time and is billed at 2x the hourly rate with a 2 hour minimum for hourly clients.
  • Hourly Onsite Support Service (Break Fix Model)
    Hourly onsite service brings a BCS technician to your place of business. Hourly service is billed at a 1 hour minimum and actual time billed in 15 minute increments their after.
  • Block-Time Support Plans
    Blockrates give clients the benefit of having a reduced hourly rate without the commitment of a support agreement or contract. A client can pre-pay a 10 hour block time and up to 100 hours at a reduced rate.
  • Network Support Contracts and Agreements
    Support agreements/contracts cover all of your technology related needs with one monthly payment. Our comprehensive Service and Maintenance contracts offer a wide range of support services. Our service agreements are designed to establish an efficient and cost affective maintenance plan customized for your business. The right support package can be established to meet the expectations required to continue business as usual.
  • Maintenance Agreements / Preventive Maintenance
    Address potential problems before they occur. The consistency and stability any computer network is one most important aspect of a company’s IT responsibilities. BCS offers these services at a greatly reduced rate when you sign up for one our various Service contracts.
  • Telephone Support
    Telephone support is available for all service issues and is billed at a 30 minute minimum- actual time billed after the first 15 minutes and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes.
